Cleaning the registry
The ‘registry’ is the central database for Windows, in which all the important parameters and files that your PC must run are stored. Although this part of your system is one of the most important for your system, it is still the cause of many different errors on your PC, including the error 0x8024402c.
The problem is that because the registry is constantly being used by your system to help it remember details like your wallpaper and even your stored passwords, it is often overused and confuses Windows to store many of its files in the wrong way. Not only does your PC run very slowly, but it is also the main reason why most errors for Windows do not seem to have a central cause.
