The right-click context menu is a convenient feature in the Windows operating system that lists the options available for a specific file, folder or item. If you wish, you can add option Delete folder contents to the context menu.
If you do not want to delete the entire folder, but only empty its contents, you should normally select All and then Delete all contents. But if you need to do it frequently for some reason, you should consider adding the contents of the folder to the context menu of the folder . You no longer need to open the folder, select everything, then click Delete – just right-click the folder and select Delete folder contents.
Delete the contents of the folder
To do so, download this zipped.reg file, extract the contents, click Open and add the contents to your registry. Restart explorer.exe and right-click any folder.
You see the Delete folder contents option. Using the context menu, you can simply empty the contents of the folder without deleting it yourself.

For good maintenance reasons, you should look at some of these free programs to delete empty folders in Windows. I particularly like Remove Empty Directories, which allows you to delete empty folders using the context menu.
