Adobe Reader has a link tool that allows you to edit formatted text with a link behind it. If the text is URI, Universal Resource Indicator, you can edit the text directly with the text editing tool. However, this must be done manually. If there are several links, they can be edited individually. You must search, replace and continue several times. PDF Link Editor shortens this tedious process. Finally, if you want to extract all PDF links, do the following,
Start the program and download a PDF file.
Then click the Extract Links button on the toolbar.
Drag the destination when the folder browser opens. All PDF links will be saved in the text file
