Google technology records every search you perform. This will allow you to delete your Google history:
Sign in to your Google Account > View your web and application activity
Click the gear icon and select Remove items.
Select the period for which you want to delete items and click the Delete button.
Google also offers the ability to delete individual search terms, recent searches and mobile or tablet searches.
