Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter

Delete unwanted language packs
This method generally applies to users who have a large number of language packages installed on their computer, usually more than 20 in total, which can affect the upgrade process. To remove unwanted language packs, do the following:
Step 1: Open the Start window and select Control Panel.
Step 2: Look for the setting for “Clock, language and region” and select “Region and language”.
Step 3: Select the “Keyboards and languages” option, then select “Install/uninstall languages” in the “Display language” settings and select “Uninstall languages”.
Step 4: For all languages you do not want to keep, disable them and select “Next”. The process can take several minutes.
Step Five: Once the unwanted language packages have been removed from your computer, you can try running Windows Update again. You may want to restart your computer first for maximum efficiency.
Clear cache files
Click here to start your computer. Go to the Start Menu button and click on it to open it. In the Start Search box, type Cache and press Enter, then open a.cache file program, click to open all these files. After all data has been opened. Press Control + A to select all data and press the Delete key. Delete all data from the cache correctly. After this process, close all tabs. Restart your computer.
