Click the Start button under the Reset this PC section.
You will see two ways to reset your computer. Choose Delete all.
Important note : Again, choosing this option means that you lose all your applications and data. Save them before you move on.
You will be prompted to clean the drives. We recommend choosing Just Remove My Files because it is faster than the other option. Select this option if you want to continue using the computer after troubleshooting.
