• When installing, be sure to select the Windows installation directory (in most cases C: /) as the installation path.
• Run the app and try to connect.

Reinstalling the Blizzard app should be the only way to fix the unexpected error. Be sure to install the Blizzard app in your root directory, however, so the app doesn’t throw an error again.
