Download the firmware files again.

Uninstall the Corsair Devices and the utility Engine

This is the last troubleshooting method you should try, as it involves reinstalling almost all of Corsair’s features. First, you must uninstall all Corsair devices from your computer in the Device Manager. You will then have to uninstall the Corsair Utility Engine Tool before you can reinstall it all! Follow the steps below!

Let’s start by uninstalling all Corsair device drivers in the device manager.

1. First of all, you must uninstall the driver you currently have installed on your computer.
2. Type “Device Manager” in the search box next to the Start Menu button to open the Device Manager window. You can also use Windows + R to open the Run dialog box. Type devmgmt.msc in the field and click OK or Enter.
3. Expand the appropriate section according to the type of device you have on your computer. Mice are in the Mouse and other pointing devices section, keyboards have their own section, and headsets are in the Sound, Video, and Game Controller sections.
4. Right-click on each Corsair entry and select Uninstall Device from the context menu. Be sure to repeat the same procedure for all elements.
5. Confirm all dialog prompts, close the Device Manager and follow the steps below.
