Facebook has quietly improved its Messenger application for Windows 10 with the ability to make voice and video calls. The function worked with all popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Facebook Messenger’s voice and video calling feature was introduced primarily to provide easy access to voice and video calls without leaving the application to call a friend via a browser. If the application does not work as expected with Windows 10 Edge, you must follow the next two steps to solve the problem.

Configure privacy settings

Check if there is a network problem.

1. First, you can switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi to see if the network has done something wrong.
