Amazon is an excellent platform for sellers and buyers. It allows buyers to interact with millions of home products while creating endless sales opportunities for sellers. Despite continued support for vendors, there have been many recent error reports of “You can’t log in to this account because of your incompatible account status” when trying to use an Amazon vendor account or create a new one.
When you try to re-register with a seller account, users came across a page that said: “You can’t log in to this account because of your incompatible account status. Amazon states that although it is acceptable for users to have an individual vendor account, it is not possible to restore a vendor account with the same email, and that they should register a new account with a different email address, credit card and bank account to have an individual vendor account.
Change email address
In this solution, we will use a simple trick to open a sales account with the same email address as the one that was linked to the cancelled account. To do that:
- Open your browser and navigate to this link.
- When registering, add a “+” or”…” sign to the email address you use.
- Most messaging services do not count “+” or”…” as a letter and simply ignore them, this can be used to register for multiple online services while using a single email.
- The e-mail address “[email protected]” becomes “[email protected]”.
- After entering the email address, log in and check if the problem persists.
