Install the new driver on your computer.

Clean boot your Windows
How to perform a Clean Boot on a computer that runs any version of Windows:
a. Click on Start, type msconfig in the search box, then press ENTER. If you are prompted to enter an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password or click Next.
b. In the General tab, click on Selective Start.
c. Under Selective Start, clear the Load Startup Items check box.
d. Click on OK.
e. When prompted, click Restart.
f. After starting the computer, check that the problem is solved.
