  • Next, type the following command and press Enter to run an SFC scan: sfc /scannow

Play Your Video in Safe Mode


  • In Windows 10, go to the Settings.
  • Choose the Update & security, and click on Recovery.

  • When your computer restarts, go to Choose an Option and click on Troubleshoot.
  • Click on Advanced Option and Choose Starup Settings.
  • Then, choose restart.
  • Save your repaired files.
  • Once your computer restarts, click on F4 and boot your computer in Safe Mode.
  • If you video plays in Safe Mode, update your video drivers.
  • Then, change your computer settings. Click on Settings and go to Apps.
  • Click on video Playback and change your settings.
