Resolution of compatibility issues
- Right-click on the FacebookGameroom installer and select Compatibility if problems occur.

If Facebook Gameroom is still not installed, you must proceed as follows:
- If you are using Windows 7, install Microsoft.NET Framework 4, then download the Gameroom Facebook application. To fix the installation error, right-click on the Gameroom Facebook installer and click Run as administrator.
- Windows 10 users do not need to install Microsoft.NET Framework 4 if the application is not installed.
Note: If you are using a desktop PC, contact your network administrator first because some companies have restrictions on installing software on their computers. If such a policy exists, you will not be able to install Facebook Gameroom.

Installation in the Temp directory
To fix this error, you must install the downloaded temporary installation file in your temporary directory.
- Open C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp\Temp @
- Search in this folder FacebookGamesArcade.msi.
- Double-click or install the FacebookGamesArcade.msi file.
If you do not find the FacebookGamesArcade.msi installer in the Temp directory, please first install the Facebook Gameroom software you downloaded from the FB website. Do not close the error message, but run the installation program. Try to find the file in the Temp directory.
Certificate of installation of Facebook Gameroom
To install Gameroom, you must install the latest certificate to ensure that Windows does not blacklist the installer.
- Right-click on the installation file you downloaded from Facebook and click Properties.
- In the properties, click on the Digital Signatures tab above and select the name of the signatory, for example Facebook Inc. and click on the Details button.
- In the Signatory Information section, click View Certificate. Here you can see the details of the certificate’s validity. In the Certificate Information section, click Install Certificate.
- Under Certificate Import Wizard, click Next, select the Automatically select certificate store option, and then click the Next and Finish buttons at the end. This process would allow the import of the certificate necessary to make the installation competitive.
