Roblox error code 116 occurs when users attempt to play Featured, Popular or any other type of user-generated content via the Roblox Xbox One application. This error is reported on Xbox One, Xbox One S and Xbox One X. Before the error code itself appears, users will receive a short message saying “You are unable to see content other people make because of how your account is set up”.
This particular error code occurs because most Roblox games require access to both online multiplayer games and user-generated content. The error code usually occurs with a child account that is part of a family account.
Since these accounts have limited permissions, you will need to make a number of adjustments to ensure that access to the Roblox application is configured correctly.
