Some customers have a problem installing TurboTax on Windows 10, where the program reaches 100% and then disappears without installation.

TurboTax saves you time by collecting your information and completing the various long forms you need to submit for your business. It also allows you to view your previous year’s tax returns, although the access method varies depending on the version of TurboTax you are using. For example, if you have TurboTax software, your previous year’s return was saved on your computer. If you have used the online version of the software, you can find your return on the TurboTax website.

This problem is caused by an update of Windows in combination with different versions of antivirus software such as Avast and AVG.

Updating your antivirus software can solve this problem. Please update or disable your antivirus software to ensure a successful installation. If you disable your antivirus software, remember to restart it after the installation is complete.
