Most free PDF readers allow us to open and view PDF documents only. There are also many free online tools with which we can create PDF documents. If you are on a platform like Microsoft Windows, you can get software like Microsoft Word, which makes it even easier to create PDF documents. Simply save them as PDF documents. You can also use Google Chrome to save web pages in PDF format, but the browser has no way to hide documents, so you must choose software or online tools.
PDF documents serve not only to protect data and information, but above all to ensure security. To this end, we use security passwords to protect our important data at all times. In this article, we show you how to create printable documents and convert them to PDF and how to obtain additional security in the form of passwords. With PrimoPDF and BeCyPDFMetaEdit you can create, convert and password protect your PDF documents.
PrimoPDF can be used for this purpose, a tool that allows you to convert PDF documents even if you open a web page in a browser or a Word document, and if it is printable, it can be converted to the corresponding PDF format.
You can download PrimoPDF here. Be careful when installing and decide if you want to disable bundleware.
Once you have downloaded and installed PrimoPDF on Windows, you must select the PrimoPDF option available in the print window instead of selecting a physical printer option.
This process is very similar to creating and saving the application in your local system.
The next step will be to get a free application called BeCyPDFMetaEdit that will be used to add a password to the PDF document or even delete the password if it already exists.
When you have completed the installation, you can go to Security Settings and select the Security tab and select High Encryption Password Protection and enter your password. You can also select the appropriate restriction for this file. This tool is available here.
If you know of other ways to do this, please let us know.
