Go to Account Migration page.

When prompted, log in with the account you wish to migrate to another region.

Scroll down to find the’Next’ option. Click the option.

On page , move your Xbox Live account to the region where you move your account, then click I Agree.

Please note that you cannot change region if any of the following conditions apply:

Your account is currently blocked (for example, if one of your members’ credit card has expired).

Second, if you have changed region in the last three months.

You have an Xbox 360 Entertainment For All contract.

You are a minor (in the eyes of applicable law) in your current region and you will not be a minor in the region where you wish to move.

You are not currently a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and you become a minor in the region to which you wish to move.

The procedure is similar if you receive such an error on your Windows 10 Mobile device.
