When you detect the Netflix error code UI-113, it usually indicates the information stored on your device that needs to be updated.
This may be caused by problems with your home network, Internet connection, streaming device or Netflix application on your streaming device. It may also appear if the Netflix service itself has failed.
If you encounter Netflix Code UI-113, you will normally see a message like this:
Couldn’t connect to Netflix. Please try again or restart your home network and streaming device.
To solve the problem, follow these troubleshooting steps for your device.
Try Netflix in a web browser.
To easily reduce device-specific problems, check if you can stream Netflix on a computer.
If you see an error on the website when you visit Netflix.com, there is a problem with the Netflix service.
Troubleshooting your home network
1. First, turn off your player and unplug it from the wall outlet.
2 Proceed as described above with your TV.
3. proceed as described above with your wireless router and modem.
Leave each of them disconnected for at least 1 minute (more time to keep them disconnected, the problem will be solved faster).
Now, plug in everything you’ve turned off for this method. If you are talking about your router and modem, you will have to wait until their lights are fully lit before turning them on.
Disconnecting the VPN and Proxy connection
If you are connected to the Internet via a virtual private network or proxy server, we recommend that you disconnect and connect directly to the Internet. Sometimes, the device will have problems connecting to the Internet if you are connected to another server. The device may not be able to contact the streaming services, so the easiest step to troubleshoot is to disconnect all VPN and proxy servers.
If none of these troubleshooting steps help you, you may need to contact your device manufacturer, Internet service provider or Netflix for assistance.
