How the Windows installer works in safe mode

Then start the Windows Installer service by entering.

Enter this in a command prompt and press Enter :

REG ADD'HKLMSYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSafeBootNetworkMSIServer' /VE /T REG_SZ /F /D'Service'

Then start the Windows Installer service by entering (2).
