With Google Chrome for Windows and Chrome OS, you can change the user interface language for more than 100 available languages. On Google Chrome, when you switch languages, all menus, toolbars and other interface elements appear in the new language. By default, if a website is available in more than one language, Chrome chooses the correct version for the language you choose. Otherwise, Chrome may offer to translate the page into your language.

Just because Google’s Chrome browser thinks it knows in which language you want to search the web doesn’t mean it’s always correct. Fortunately, you no longer have to put up with these assumptions because you can easily customize the language to your liking. So, if you want the Chrome browser settings and menus to be displayed in another language, learn here how to change the default language.
