Windows 10 Mobile version suffers from error 0x80070019. As expected, he came first with a horde of different mistakes. Regular updates have fixed many of these bugs, but only replaced them with others. Go to the Store Beta application and press the Settings icon.

Then open the old Store application and install the updates that failed in the beta Store version. If the application still has an update error, simply uninstall and reinstall it.
First perform a Soft reset.
A software reset is a Windows Phone repair tool that is capable of solving a variety of Windows Phone problems without damaging the data stored on the Windows Phone phone in any way. To perform a software reset on your Windows phone, simply press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the phone vibrates and restarts. The soft reset will take effect when the device is restarted, so be careful not to disturb (or even touch!) the device until it has been completely restarted.
Then perform a Factory or Hardware reset.

Go to Settings.
Press Reset Phone.
After reading the warning, press Yes.
Press Yes again.
Once the Windows phone is reset and restarted, reset it.
Turn the unit off.
Press and hold the Volume Down button until you are asked to release it after the next step.
Press the On/Off button until the unit vibrates. This should take about 2 seconds. You can release the power switch as soon as you feel the device vibrating.
An exclamation mark should appear on the screen and when it appears, release the volume down.
Press the following keys in exactly the same order:
Volume up > Volume down > Power > Volume down
The unit vibrates, restarts and then switches to the display with the gears rotating. As soon as the spinning process is completed, the device is reset. After that, you can configure your device and the problem should now be solved.
