When checking an Econ ticket, an error may occur due to trust issues between the game inventory server and the Steam client. In addition, an outdated version of the game and the Steam client may cause the error under discussion. The affected user may have an error when trying to join the server for a multiplayer game. And the problem is not limited to a specific server.
Restart the game and the Steam client.
- Open any Steam window.
- Click the word “Steam” in the top left corner to open a drop-down menu.
- From the drop-down menu, select “Finish” (PC) or “Exit Steam” (Mac). Steam is closed.
- Open Steam again and log in if you are logged out.
- This is all you need for a fundamental reboot.
Check the integrity of the game cache
If you experience strange behavior during a game, the first thing we recommend is to make sure that your game installation is not damaged.
In Steam you can do this by following the instructions below:
- Charging Steam
- In the “Library” area, right-click the set and select “Properties” from the menu.
- Select the “Local files” tab and click “Check game cache integrity …”.
- Steam will check the game files – this process may take several minutes.
- When the process is complete, the window will close automatically and all corrupted files will be loaded back from Steam.
Remove cosmetics, clothes and skins from all inventory items.
The use of cosmetics / clothing and character skins is commonplace in the game. However, if the Steam client was unable to verify the authenticity of your inventory server, it will give out the error under discussion . In this situation, removing cosmetics, clothes from the characters and scratching all items in the inventory may solve the problem.
- Open your game inventory and put on makeup, clothes and skins for all items (including weapons such as weapons, knives, etc.). Also make sure that your game characters do not have cosmetic items on them.
- Now restart the Steam client and run the game to see if the problem is solved.
- If not, re-open your in-game inventory and equip/equip each item individually (a tedious task when you have a lot of items in your inventory).
- Now restart the Steam client and start the game to see if the problem is solved.
- Otherwise, check how the game works by unchecking the checkboxes in the game inventory.
- If the problem still occurs in the game, check if there are any unfinished items from the Store. If this is the case, remove the items from the market, and then equip/equip the items from the market to make sure that there are no errors in the game.
- If you still have problems, you need to find a secure Steam account (a friend or your friend) and buy back all your exchange items in that account.
- Once your inventory contains all the traded items, start the game and see if the error has disappeared. If so, exchange the items in your account.
- If there are still errors in the game, check the integrity of the game cache (as described in Decision 2) and put on all cosmetic items, clothing and skin of the character.
- Now exit the Steam client and wait at least two hours.
- Then run the Steam client and the game to make sure that there are no errors in the game.
