Many Windows 10 users report that they cannot download certain games or applications from the Microsoft Store. The error code that appears is 0x87E10BD0. In most cases, the error code is preceded by the error message “Something has happened and your purchase cannot be completed. Reset the Windows store cache.
To do this, proceed as follows.
a. On the desktop, press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
b. Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
