How to Fix File Download Could not be Finished in Telegram

The wealth of instant messaging experience that comes with the Telegram desktop app is refreshing, but what can you do about the annoying download problems that keep coming up?

When you try to upload files, Telegram stops working and stops downloading when it’s almost finished. Even though it may seem like things are going well, they are not.

Make sure the connection settings are set to their default values.
