The wealth of instant messaging experience that comes with the Telegram desktop app is refreshing, but what can you do about the annoying download problems that keep coming up?
When you try to upload files, Telegram stops working and stops downloading when it’s almost finished. Even though it may seem like things are going well, they are not.
The download is complete and you copy the download file to another folder so that it is not deleted when you click Cancel. The progress loop gets stuck and you finally discover the sad truth: the whole file is not uploading.
So we wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how to fix this error when you upload a file to Telegram.
What is Telegram?
Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging service and VoIP. Telegram client applications are available for Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows NT, MacOS and Linux. Users can send messages and share photos, videos, stickers, audio files and files of any type.
Check if your hard drive is full.
A little tip: don’t forget to check the file size. Despite all the visible signs, it may not even be a telegram, but your hard drive may be full.
This also applies to those troubleshooting Android; just make sure that your SD card or internal memory is not full.
Make sure the connection settings are set to their default values.
Above all, we would like to offer you a quick solution, the effectiveness of which has been proven by many telegram users in your position.
Go to Settings and scroll down. Look for the Connection Settings: Default option and click on it. Then click OK without making any changes, and check to see if the file download is working again.
If these methods do not work, keep in mind that telegram users can often upload large files, even if the problem is with small files.
It’s hard to set up a template, but you can try it.
