Many have tried in vain to use their HBO Go app. They chose Comcast Xfinity as their supplier, which immediately led to an error.

Login with a second username
In some cases, simply logging on with a second username does wonders. It’s not a difficult task for you.
However, if you forgot your e-mail from your TV provider, please contact Xfinity directly for information.
Reinstalling the HBO Go app
- To start the procedure, turn on your Roku device.
- Access the home screen menu on the TV screen.
- Then go to “My Channels” and find the HBO Go.
- Select a channel using the remote control and press the STAR key.
- Select the Delete Channel option.
- Restart the device after you have finished uninstalling the application.
