One of the most reliable, easiest and fastest ways to get these classic games is to get them on Archive.org. This link contains the 32-bit version of the Best of Windows Entertainment Pack.
It includes several classic games such as Cruel, FreeCell, Golf, Pegged, Reversi, Snake, Solitaire, Taipei, Tictactics and Minesweeper.
- On this link you can see the download options. Click on the ‘Show all’ tab.
- The Show All tab opens a list of classic applications that can be downloaded to your Windows 10 PC.
- To download Solitaire and Minesweeper under Windows 10, click on the files’sol.exe’ and’winmine.exe’. You can now play your favorite Solitaire and Mine Clearer games on Windows 10 PC.

Solitaire has long been part of Windows, and for many years it has been one of the most popular games that you can play on your PC. The game was initially released with Windows 3.0, and since then it has received a number of minor updates up to Windows 7. Under Windows 8.1, Microsoft has replaced the classic with a modern version known as the “Microsoft Solitaire Collection”, which will remain until Windows 10.
