Combine multiple PDF files into a single file so you don’t have to add half a dozen PDF files to your accounting if you know you’re losing track of more than one file. Using Acrobat

  1. In Acrobat, click on the Tools menu and select Combine Files.
  2. Click Combine Files, then Add Files to select the files you want to include in your PDF.
  3. Click, drag and drop to reorganize files and pages. Double-click on a file to expand and reorganize individual pages. Press the Delete button to delete unwanted content.
  4. When you have finished sorting the files, click Combine Files.
  5. Click on the Save button.
