Run Nvidia GeForce Experience as an administrator

Let’s start by running Nvidia GeForce Experience as an administrator. Some client functions may be limited if you do not run the application as an administrator.

Therefore, you must grant administrator rights to Nvidia GFE. This has helped some users on Windows 7, but it is a questionable solution on Windows 10.

In any case, it is worth a try. Below, you will learn how to permanently grant administrator rights to the Nvidia GeForce Experience client:

  1. Right-click on the Nvidia GeForce Experience client and open Properties.
  2. Select the Compatibility tab.
  3. Check the box “Run this program as administrator”.
  4. Confirm the changes.

Stop all GeForce tasks and restart GeForce Experience.

1) Simultaneously press Shift + Ctrl + Esc to open the Task Manager.

2) Select all NVIDIA tasks currently running and click Finish Task.

3) Right-click on your GeForce experience and click Run as administrator. Check if it works.
