Use the Outlook settings (delegate access)
- Open Outlook
- Jump to a file
- Select Account Settings
- Click on Delegate access.
- Click Add, then click any user in the global address list
- Navigate to the permissions page
- Click OK
- Choose Apply.
- Click OK again
- Go back to the File tab.
- Click on Account Settings
- Golik Delegate Access.
- Delete the user you added in step 5
