On a multi-boot computer, Windows displays all operating systems that have been installed on the computer for a certain period of time during boot time before it boots into the default operating system as soon as the default time of 10 seconds has expired. To change the display time of the operating system list, open Computers in File Explorer. Click System Properties.

Set the time to the desired number. You can reduce it to 5 seconds if you wish.
If you wish, you can also set the period during which the restore options are displayed. To do this, enable Time to display recovery options if necessary and change the default value from 30 seconds to the desired time period.
Click OK.
The next time you start your Windows 10/8 computer, you will see that the changes have taken effect.
