This is a free Windows compatible operating system that offers the advantages of running native Windows applications. In addition to being open source software (its strong point), the tool has a really cool feature that Windows does not offer – an application manager that is very similar to the Linux package manager. What most users like about this operating system is its consistency and coherence. To boot the operating system, simply insert the USB stick into a USB port and reboot. This should not be a problem, as most modern computers today can be configured to boot from the USB stick. The operating system is fast and responsive. It is also preinstalled with a number of applications and demos. Start-up should therefore not pose any problems for new users either.
Fedora & Debian are the other distributions that should be mentioned here.
