Installing too many fonts on Windows can affect the performance of your system. Installing a font is quite easy, but uninstalling a font can make a beginner sweat.
If you want to create a PowerPoint presentation, you may need catchy fonts – the latest! But why install a dozen fonts for a day, which could slow down system performance a bit?
Font Load-Unload is a free application that can provide you with fonts without permanently changing your system. It comes in the form of a zip file. It is a portable application, and there is no installation procedure to follow.
Using Font Load-Unload
Click the icon Font Load-Unload and the application starts. All you have to do is drag the downloaded font file to the LOAD button on the application console. You will immediately find the font that can be used in the Office software.
The fonts loaded into the application are somewhat accessible; they are installed on your system without actually installing them. Fonts can also be unloaded by selecting them and clicking the UNLOAD button. The application can also save a list of all fonts loaded in this session so that you can use the same list to load fonts in subsequent sessions.
