How to use Microsoft Health Web Dashboard on Microsoft Volume 2

Microsoft Volume 2 helps you better understand your personal fitness data and guides you through the Microsoft Health Web Dashboard on wellness. Use the application to view, analyze, export or share your data with other fitness applications. You can export the data collected by Health Dashboard by simply logging into your Microsoft account and selecting your profile image in the upper right corner where you will find the Export Data option.

This way, you can track your best performances in activities such as running, training, cycling, etc. and try to beat the previous record again. This helps you understand what you need to do next to improve the overall quality of your health.

You can fix your PC problems quickly and prevent others from happening with this software:

  • Step 1 : Download PC Repair & Optimizer Tool (Windows 10, 8, 7, XP, Vista – Microsoft Gold Certified).
  • Step 2 : Click “Start Scan” to find Windows registry issues that could be causing PC problems.
  • Step 3 : Click “Repair All” to fix all issues.


Open the Microsoft Edge browser on your computer, access the Microsoft Health Web Dashboard and log in with your Microsoft account.

Your browser should display the Microsoft Health Web Dashboard startup screen. Here you can see a daily summary of your recorded activities with your group. In the example below.

For monthly information on the different categories, click on the hyperlink See comments next to a category. To access data for different months, click on the calendar icon at the top of the page.

In addition, you can click on the shaded column on the left side of the screen to get information about the exercise, Guided workouts (from the Microsoft tape), see our previous tutorial for more information. That’s it! That’s it!

To learn how to export your data to an Excel spreadsheet, follow these steps.

Select your name that appears in the upper right corner of the dashboard and select’Export your data’ from the drop-down list.

Next, select

  1. Range
  2. Data categories
  3. Data categories
  4. File format.

When finished, use the menu at the bottom of the screen to choose to open or save the file.
