  • Delete the items below: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\teams\Cache
  • Delete all items in the folder: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Application Cache\Cache
  • Restart Teams

  • Go to the Microsoft team site, download and reinstall the client.
  • Restart your PC
