Sometimes, when we try to delete, rename or move a file to a folder, we receive a message that Another process is using the file or folder. This means that some processes on your Windows computer have locked the file as required for that process. Sometimes restarting your computer or booting in safe mode can help, but in some cases it doesn’t help either. In such a case, you may need a third-party tool. MoveOnBoot is such a freeware, which can help you delete, rename or move such locked files.
