dMaintenance is another free tool designed to keep your computer invisible – but with a difference. You can create your own custom system tool. dMaintenance runs in the background and automatically maintains your computer with its various tasks scheduled or executed automatically by Windows Task Scheduler.
The program is designed efficiently, taking into account all the necessary maintenance tasks of a normal user when his Windows PC becomes a little slow. The application has many features that will help you optimize and maintain the performance of your PC. Let’s take a look at the list of features :
- Delete temporary Internet files, Web browser history, Internet cookies
- $NTServicePackUninst$ Delete packages
- Delete temporary files in the partition
- Delete 0-byte files
- Delete 0-byte files
- Correct time zone settings
- It can synchronize the system clock with an Internet time
- Clean up and improve the performance of Internet Explorer
- Clean up proxy settings
- Reset IP settings and more.
You will see that dMaintenance has a long list of features – and you will see the options once you have downloaded them. It can completely optimize your system with its task list. As with the program interface, dMaintenance has a nice interface with an easy-to-use design – it’s very convenient. At the top are four buttons that serve as tabs that display various user options when clicked.
Create your own Windows tool
With this application, you can also create your own application that can execute functions quickly when you want (when the application is running). When you run dMaintenance.exe for the first time, the configuration screen appears, where you must select all the functions and controls to be performed when your application is running. When you click Save and Exit, the application creates a configuration file in the folder itself – so that the next time you run dMaintenance, the configuration is executed and all the functions you select are executed. If you want to change your settings and reopen the configuration window, you must first delete the configuration file. The program would then run without running a configuration – and you will see the configuration window again.
I say this is the best free application you can use to create a custom system tool for yourself, your customers and your friends. However, if you need more customization options, you will need to purchase the paid version of dMaintenance.
