Launch the Printer troubleshooter

  1. Press the “Windows Key + R” key combination to open the Run dialog box.
  2. In the Run dialog box, type “ms-settings:troubleshoot”.
  3. Click the OK button.
  4. Select “Troubleshooting” on the left and move to the right.
