• Now run the following command: netsh interface Teredo set state disable
• After disabling the adapter, press Windows + R, type “devmgmt.msc” in the dialog box, and then press Enter.
• In the Device Manager, click View, then Show Hidden Devices. Now click on Network Adapters, right-click on all Teredo adapters and select Uninstall.
• After uninstalling, restart your computer completely. After reconnecting, navigate to a high prompt and execute the following command: netsh interface Teredo set state type=default
• Now start the Xbox application and check if the problem is solved.

Creating a New User Account

1. Press the Windows + I button to open the application settings.
2. When the Settings application opens, go to the Accounts section.
3. In the left pane, access Family & Other People. In the right pane, click Add someone else on this PC.
4. Select I don’t have this person’s sign-in information.
5. Select Add users without a Microsoft account.
6. Enter the desired user name and click on Next.
7. After creating a new account, go to it and see if it solves your problem.

See If the IP Helper service is Running

• Click the Start button, then type Services in the search box.
• Select Services.
• Check the start type of the following service to make sure it is set to the default value: IP Helper, Startup Type : Automatic
• To reset it to its default value, double-click on IP Helper in the Services application.
• In the Properties window, in the Startup Type drop-down list, select Automatic.
• Under Service Status, click the Start button.
• Click OK to save the changes.

Delete Unnecessary Entries

 

1. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and type cmd. Then right-click on Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator.
2. Click Yes to confirm.
3. Type the following command, then press Enter.
4. A Notepad window opens immediately. In the notebook window, press Ctrl and F simultaneously, then type win10.ipv6.microsoft.com, then click Next.
5. If an entry is found, delete it and save the file.
6. Check the Xbox box and check if the Teredo problem has not been solved.
