This device does not exist, does not work properly or does not have all its drivers installed, (Code 24) Error in Device Manager, here are some possible solutions to solve this problem. This problem can occur at any time, and any hardware such as the keyboard, mouse or even printer can suddenly fail.
Error code 24 indicates that this occurs if the device is not installed correctly. The problem may be a hardware error or a new driver is required. The devices remain in this state when they are ready to be removed. After removing the device, this error disappears.

To solve this problem, you can do the following.
1] Troubleshooting hardware and peripherals
Under Windows 10, troubleshooting is very easy to perform. Open the Windows settings by pressing Win + I. Then go to Update & security > Troubleshoot. On the right side you will find Hardware and peripherals. Select it and click the Troubleshooting button . Then, you must follow the screen option for it to work.
If your keyboard or printer does not work, you can also perform keyboard troubleshooting or printer troubleshooting.
2] Unplug the unit and
Sometimes faulty hardware may cause this problem on your computer. The solution is to disconnect all hardware and connect it individually. This allows you to see if you have defective equipment or not. If a device does not function properly or if you receive the same error after connecting a specific device, you can identify the defective device and repair it if necessary.
3] Update or reinstall the device driver
If you see this error message when you check the keyboard or mouse, you can either update your existing driver, or uninstall and reinstall it, and then check whether the device is working or not. You can open Device Manager > right click the driver > Update driver or select Uninstall device. Then follow the options on the screen to move things forward. When you have uninstalled the driver, restart your computer, connect the device and select Check for hardware changes. You get this option under Device Manager > Action.
