Then follow the option on the screen to uninstall it completely.
Disconnect and reconnect the mouse to reinstall the mouse driver.

4] Check mouse properties
Open settings > Devices > Mouse > Additional mouse opens. The mouse properties are open. Click the Buttons tab. Activate the Click Lock option and click Apply. Then deselect this option and click Apply again. Let’s see if it helped.
5] Creating a new user account
Sometimes a corrupted user account can cause such problems on your computer. Therefore, the simple solution is to create a new user account.
6] Run the DISM tool

7] Check in the clean start state
Start a clean start and see if the left mouse button works. If so, you will need to manually identify the offensive process and see if you can uninstall it.
8] Uninstall the newly installed software
If you have recently installed software or drivers such as video drivers, audio drivers, etc., try uninstalling them. In many cases, it has turned out that the driver or software recently installed is the cause of the problem. After restarting, check whether it works or not.
