Windows 8 was the first desktop operating system with touch functionality. Later versions of Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, then also with touch and some additional or expanded features. 3 Look for the recording string named MonitorSize at this point and in the right area of the window shown above. Please note that this registry key is not available on computers that are not touch sensitive. The incorrect value of the data for the MonitorSize registry string MonitorSize is the cause of this problem. Double-click on the same channel to edit it:

4 Finally, in field Change string, enter a decimal number such as 22.5. Click OK. Close the registry editor, reboot, and your problem should be resolved after the system reboot.
