Windows 8 was the first desktop operating system with touch functionality. Later versions of Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, then also with touch and some additional or expanded features. For the touchscreen to work properly, you must have the latest touchscreen hardware drivers installed. But there are few other things we need to deal with.

4 Finally, in field Change string, enter a decimal number such as 22.5. Click OK. Close the registry editor, reboot, and your problem should be resolved after the system reboot.
