Upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro
Open Settings > Update and Security > Enable.
Click the Go to Record button (16).
The Windows Store application starts and takes you to the appropriate page. Click the Buy button (16) and complete the process. It costs 99 USD or the equivalent.
Once you have completed the transaction, the upgrade process will begin.
If you already have a Windows 10 product key, click the Change Product Key button and enter it.
Once the product key has been validated, the following screen appears.
Click Start Upgrade to start the upgrade process.
Your PC can be restarted once or twice, and once the upgrade is complete, the following screen will appear.
You will now be redirected to your Windows 10 Pro desktop.

Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Enterprise
The free upgrade offer for Windows 10 does not include Enterprise editions. You cannot upgrade from Windows 8.1 / 7 Enterprise Edition to Windows 10 Enterprise Edition. You have to pay.
