It may be one of the fastest operating systems of all time, but even Windows 10 can become slow after a long time. It’s not just a Windows problem, it’s a reality of life, computers age slowly, just like you.

One of the biggest contributors to the slowness of a computer is bloatware; loading the PC with too many files, applications and programs ends up causing havoc. These are often old files that you no longer use, or extensions that you no longer need, that clog the system and deprive it of storage space.
Unnecessary functions that you can disable under Windows 10.
To disable Windows 10 functions, go to the Control Panel, click on Program, then select Programs and functions. You can also access “Programs and Features” by right-clicking and selecting the Windows logo.
Look in the left sidebar and select “Turn windows on or off”. The Windows Features window will soon appear on your screen.
To disable all functions, simply uncheck the box, select “Yes” to confirm your selection again, then restart your PC to take effect. You can disable several functions and restart your computer. If you wish to reactivate these functions, tick the box and restart your PC.

This feature is enabled by default, but you can disable it by going to Settings > Update and Security > Advanced Options > Choose how to deploy updates.

- Remote recording (you can set it to OFF for security reasons)
- Secondary connection

- TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper (If you are not in a workgroup network)
- Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service (If you do not wish to use the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting functions)
- Windows Defender Service (If you are not using the Windows Defender program)
- Windows Error Reporting Service
- Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) (If you do not have a scanner)
- Windows Search (If you do not use the Windows search function often)
