Modern applications blocked by parental controls

You may find that your modern applications simply do not work or that even your Start menu does not work. It is quite possible that the activation of your application is blocked by parental control. When you open the Check Event Viewer, you can see it in the newspapers. This can also happen on your administrator user account or on another standard user account.

To solve this problem, open a high command prompt, type the following command and press Enter:

 %windir%System32AppLockerPlugin*.*.bak

When the operation is successfully completed, restart your Windows 10 computer and verify that it has worked for you.

Some of you may want to take a look at this message, which shows you how to re-register Windows Store applications in Windows 8 and later versions.
