It is clear that Xbox Live games will certainly have the upper hand in both game titles and game hub priorities. Michel Klucher, Lead Program Manager XNA Development Platform at Microsoft, recently spoke about Xbox Live and Non-Xbox Live game titles at the Games Hub.

All games, whether or not they use Xbox LIVE services, are listed in the Games Hub for Windows Phone 7. Games that do not use Xbox LIVE are listed directly under Xbox LIVE titles in your collection. All games can be pinned in the Start menu like any other Windows Phone 7 content.

So, as we all know, the Games Hub will list all games, whether Xbox Live or not Xbox Live in the Hub. But when it comes to the order of the list, Non Xbox is placed directly under the Xbox Live titles in the Games Hub, as shown in the image above. And all games and applications can be attached to the Start menu.
