With the BroadCast SlideShow PowerPoint feature, you can make presentations on the Internet

Microsoft PowerPoint presentations are the preferred options when giving presentations to an audience. Normally we give presentations in closed rooms, but Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 also allows you to give presentations on the Internet!

To learn how to do it, click on Animations Ribbon then click on Broadcast Slide Show.

A dialog box appears. Under Start broadcasting.

You may be asked here for your Windows Live account or passport account information. Enter the access data so that you can connect to the service. You will see a window as shown below:

When you are connected to the service, the broadcast is prepared. The time you need to prepare your show depends on the size of the presentation. Thus, where possible, draw diagrams to plot graphs instead of using high resolution images.

After seeing a window showing you a unique URL of your presentation. You can copy and paste it into social networks or send it directly to your viewers.

When you are done, just click Start Slideshow.

during the presentation, you may feel that your presentation is not synchronized with your audience due to different Internet speeds.

Select the resolution in the drop-down list and you are up and down ! When you have finished the presentation, click End Broadcast.
