1 Before continuing, make sure you have installed the Windows Firewall service. It’s necessary for it to work.

2 Open the PowerShell console as administrator. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and enter powerhell. Right-click Windows Powershell (Desktop App) and select Run as administrator. Select Yes in the UAC window that opens.

Type the following command at the command prompt Powershell :

4 Press Enter and run the process to the end.

5 Restart the universal applications for which you received the error. That should be settled now.
