If you have already purchased a Windows 10/8.1/7 PC from the most popular brands such as Dell, Lenovo, HP, Samsung, etc. you have probably noticed the manufacturer’s name and logo in the system section. This OEMn information contains computer make and model information, a custom logo and support information hidden in the’System’ section of the Windows Control Panel. The information is provided solely for user support. You will not find it if you have a custom computer or if you have installed a clean copy of Windows.
If you wish, you can easily edit, add or modify OEM information by changing the register.

Users who have their own Windows installation will not see the values that correspond to these strings.
To add OEM information, select the type of information to list in your control panel and start creating values for each desired field, specifying the names of the values above in the list.
Select the OEM button (left), right-click in the right pane of the window and select New > String Value. with the value type REG_SZ and give it a Manufacturer name.
Then double-click the value to open the Edit String window and enter your custom information in the Value Data field. Here, I want my PC manufacturer to be identified as The windowsbulletin.com or TWC. Press OK to save the value.
Then, open the Control Panel and read the’System’ section. Your new manufacturer information will be listed there. If you add other values, such as a support phone number or website, these are displayed in a separate support area of the window.
You can even select your own logo image. However, do not store the size more than 150 pixels. Save the image in BMP format for best results. Simply enter the value of the logo in the path of your player where the image is stored.
