Solution 2 – Delete your Xbox Delete profile and download it again

Suppose a user creates a Microsoft account and integrates the system into it. Later, the user must create another Microsoft account and integrate it into the same system for some reason. Try the following suggestions to correct the error:
For Windows PC
1] Change local security policies
1] Press Win + R to open the Run window and enter the command secpol.msc. Press Enter to open the security policy snap-in.
2] Go to Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options
In the right pane, double-click Account Policy Settings : Block Microsoft accounts to open the settings page.
4] Change the policy status to This policy is disabled in the drop-down menu, then click Apply and OK.
5] Restart the system and see if it solves the problem.
2] Using the Registry Editor
Please backup your system before continuing.
1] Press Win + R to open the Run window and type regedit. Press Enter to open the Registry Editor window.
2] Navigate to the next registry key :
HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTSoftwareMicrosoftIdentityCRLStoredIdentities
3] If you expand the registry key StoredIdentities, you will find the Microsoft accounts embedded in the system. You can right-click the account you do not need and delete it 
.
4] Restart your system. I’m sure that will solve your problem.
For Xbox
If you receive this error message Another user of this device is using this Microsoft account while you are trying to add a new account to your Xbox console, we must delete the previous account.
1] Press the Xbox button to open the Xbox Guide.
2] Go to Settings > All Settings > Accounts.
3] Click Delete Accounts.
4] Select and delete your old account. Make sure all redundant accounts are removed before restarting the console.
After restarting the console, add your new accounts.
