Zeest or Ziist is a Persian word (used in urdu) which means Life ( Zindagi or Hayaat or Jeevan). It can also be used for Existence.Ghalib, Daag, Mazaaz and many other Legendary Urdu poets have used it in their ghazals, Nazms etc.
