Go to Settings -> Control panel -> Uninstall/Change program -> ASUS Smart Gesture -> Repair. If everything is fine, you should see ASUS Touchpad in Device Manager. Notes: ASUS support suggests to download and reinstall the ATK driver first and then reinstall the Touchpad driver.
